I started Tech Tree to provide friendly, dependable computer help to people who simply want their technology to work the way it’s supposed to. Whether your computer has slowed to a crawl, you’re worried about viruses or online security, you need help setting up a new device, or you just can’t figure out why something suddenly stopped working, I’m here to help.

I know computer problems can be intimidating, especially when you’re worried you’ll be talked down to or overwhelmed with technical jargon. That’s not how I work. I take the time to explain what’s happening in plain English, answer your questions, and find a solution that makes sense for you.

Most importantly, I understand the trust involved when someone asks me to work on a device or invites me into their home. My goal is to be the person you feel comfortable calling whenever technology gives you trouble: knowledgeable, honest, patient, and dependable.
